What I Offer

Do any of these resonate with you?

Equine Assisted Counseling is a powerful alternative to room based counselling that can effectively address various emotional, psychological, and personal challenges.

  1. Anxiety and Stress: Equine Assisted Counseling and Mindful Horsemanship provide a calming and grounding experience, helping individuals manage anxiety and reduce stress levels.
  2. Depression and Low Mood: Interacting with horses and practicing mindful horsemanship can boost mood, alleviate depressive symptoms, and promote emotional well-being.
  3. Low Self-Esteem and Confidence: Equine-assisted sessions encourage individuals to develop self-awareness, build self-esteem, and gain confidence as they master horsemanship skills.
  4. Communication Issues: Equine-assisted activities enhance non-verbal communication skills, which can be particularly beneficial for individuals who struggle with verbal communication or social interaction.
  5. Relationship Problems: Working with horses can symbolize and mirror challenges in personal relationships, providing valuable insights and strategies for improving communication and connection.
  6. Grief and Loss: The emotional connection with horses can help individuals navigate the grief process and find comfort and solace during times of loss.
  7. Emotional Regulation: Horses can serve as emotional mirrors, helping individuals recognize and regulate their emotions, making it beneficial for those who struggle with emotional control.
  8. Personal Growth and Empowerment: Equine Assisted Counseling and Mindful Horsemanship promote personal growth, self-discovery, and empowerment by encouraging individuals to step outside their comfort zones and take on new challenges.
